How We Choose Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain consists of the best medical equipment manufacturers complying with international standards regarding safety and performance.
We have strict procedures to select our manufacturers as important part of our supply chain as below:
Step 1:
Review of Request
We choose best manufacturer of medical device in health care devices and disposable products by their request or as a result of Market Research.
Obtaining approval from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and international certifications is required for this review.
Step 2:
Evaluation and Analysis of Manufacturer
We have Specialists and professional experts of medical engineering, polymer engineering, textile engineering, … graduated from top universities to evaluate products of domestic manufacturers.
Producer readiness is assessed based on export readiness assessment (ERA) model.
Step 3:
Export Plans and Implementation
Based on results of evaluation, producer is selected and customized export plan is implemented.
We have direct supervision on production for stability in quality and controlling compliance with international standards.
